SeaLink, Kangaroo Island’s vehicle and passenger ferry service operates daily (except Christmas Day) between Cape Jervis (two hours south of Adelaide) and Penneshaw, Kangaroo Island. Two large, modern vehicle and passenger ferries, SeaLion 2000 and Spirit of Kangaroo Island make the journey taking just 45 minutes for the 16km crossing. Why not grab a coffee or snack from the on-board fully licenced cafe, relax and take advantage of the beautiful views or use complimentary WI-FI. Your ticket is valid for a return crossing. If you are travelling by standard motor vehicle (up to 5 meters), you must purchase a ticket for the vehicle and a ticket for each passenger travelling in the vehicle.
Terminal Opening Hours: 8.00 AM 7.00 PM daily September-April and 8.00 AM 6.00 PM May-August. Closed on Christmas Day.

See the highlights of South Australia’s premier nature-based tourism destination, Kangaroo Island. From Remarkable Rocks to playful fur seals, SeaLink guides will take you to the Kangaroo Islands natural highlights.
Take a guided walk on the beach among a colony of rare and wild Australian Sea Lions with a National Parks Ranger. Head to Vivonne Bay Bistro for a two-course lunch. Spend the afternoon at Flinders Chase National Park, renowned as a sanctuary for native Australian animals including kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and echidnas.
The tour of the park will take you to the rugged southern coastline for a walk on Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch. Remarkable Rocks provides great photographic opportunities and stunning sea views. Admirals Arch boardwalk takes you down a rugged cliff face to reveal this spectacular rock archway, a natural nursery and safe haven for playful New Zealand fur seals that can be seen resting, swimming and playing in the waves or on the rocks.
This tour is a full on 16 hour day, (however you do get good time to rest during your coach and ferry transfers).
