This 15 minute flight takes off from our base at Gem Pier, Williamstown.
Passing over the ship building and historic industrial area we turn right and fly past Williamstown's beautiful beaches, across to St. Kilda Marina, Brighton Beach and up past the Grand Prix track at Albert Park Lake.
We fly past the famous Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Melbourne Park, Melbourne’s’ renowned Botanical Gardens, The Shrine of Remembrance and Government House.
We then pass the high rise towers of Melbourne’s Central Business District, The Eureka Tower (our tallest building), Crown Casino and the Southbank Precinct, down the Yarra River past Melbourne Exhibition and Conference complex to the Docklands area and back over the Westgate Bridge before cruising past Port Melbourne beaches and landing back at Williamstown.
For people wishing to see more than the Melbourne City Skyline this is the flight for you. Taking off from Williamstown this flight tracks along the Coast past Point Ormond, then Brighton with the well known golden mile of exclusive homes, and Brighton Beach offering a fantastic photo opportunity of the colourful bathing boxes.
Continuing along to Sandringham where the remains of a World War 1 submarine can be seen, then to Half Moon Bay where the historic wreck of the “Cerebus”, Australia’s first naval vessel lies just off shore.
Turning back along the coast we fly to Melbourne and complete the city skyline before landing back at Williamstown.

For the thrill and excitement of a water takeoff and landing our Hobsons Bay Circuit is ideal.
Taking off in Hobsons Bay, flying to the end of Point Gellibrand, then crossing over the bay to Elwood, flying past St. Kilda, and Port Melbourne to the West Gate Bridge and then down the Yarra River to Williamstown. It's only a short flight, about 20 minutes altogether, but a good way to have a cost-effective seaplane experience.
