Classes are both demonstration and hands on and are all inclusive which means you don’t have to bring anything other than a big appetite! Our relaxed, yet professional BBQ classes are most enjoyable and suitable for those who want to further expand their cooking skills. Our Chicken, Pork & Cider cooking class will show you how to prepare and cook various cuts of delicious chicken and pork whilst showing you how to flavour match these dishes to different ciders. We’ll teach you all the tips and tricks for preparing flavoursome and moist chicken and pork every time whether its a whole roast pork loin or chicken or pork fillet.
